Plaza Tire Service

Here in the past year, Bought two new sets of tires for our vehicles and I go in to get them rotated every 6000 miles until today. They schedule me a 4 o’clock appointment so I take off work drive down for my appointment just to be told that they can’t do it today because they’re three cars behind. You would think a courtesy call to let me know that to reschedule would’ve been acceptable but instead, taking off work to show up an appointment that they scheduled just to be told they can’t do it. I would no longer step inside a Plaza tire again due to that customer service.

I made an appointment the day before for just an oil & filter change and rotate the tires at the E. Robinson shop in Springdale. The guy said he only had 2 appointments today an 11am or a 3pm, I took the 11am. I showed up on time for my 11am appointment and was told they were behind 4 appointments and it would be 3 hours I'd have to wait so I asked if I could come back and was told yes at 3pm. I was rudely told they may not get to me then when I asked and he said that's the way it works so their appointments are no good and definitely not followed . I called another Plaza tire and was told to come on in and that I didn't need an appointment. They got to my vehicle in just 15 minutes as a walk in. My thoughts are if you're going to require a customer to make an appointment then you should honor that appointment at least within an hour of the time scheduled.

I came in to get my tires replaced, and I honestly I had no idea what I was doing, so I was a little worried I would be judged for it. But it was the total opposite. Tim helped me with everything from start to finish and was so nice throughout the whole process, and I never had a single issue once. It was quick too!

Great service! All the employees were very genuine and kind! Seemed like they enjoyed their job and made you enjoy the experience! They had a coffee bar and a place to sit down, they were very quick and gave me a free inspection and list of everything that needed to be done and will need to be done at some point soon for free! Great place to take your car.

Called at 4;53 pm to schedule oil change. Anthony told me to come in before 6 that I would be taken care of. It's now 5:03 when I walked into the store. I was told that I have to wait and schedule an appointment when Anthony just told me to come in less than 10 minutes ago. Not sure what type of business is going on here but I will not be back. Very unprofessional and time wasting. No point of telling customers to come in if you aren't going to attend them. All the bays are empty by the way.
